D’Équilibre en Équilibre, 2012.
In collaboration with Alexis Dandréis.

This sculpture questions the tangibility and the “non-tangibility” of balance. A water volume installed in a triangular glass aquarium is subdued to the stability of a steel rocker arm. The steel movements affects the water movements and vice versa. Ones equilibrium disrupted by the other tends to restor itself its own action. The water, placed at the centre of the object by a 1/3rd proportion system produces a balanced horizon between the materials, and, bay its surface, reflects the structure carrying it to create another equilibrium. We travel from one equilibrium to another.
